Start with nothing.

No tech background. Not one line of code. Walk my road, and I'll hand you something at the end.

Before you start: what's breaking in your operation?

My agent writes it while you walk. You open it at the end.

You, for now

You learn people first.

Front office, kitchens, service. Four years of hotel management and catering technology teach you what no software course would: a guest remembers how you made them feel, and every smooth check-in hides a process somebody designed.

Mid-degree, you start a business anyway.

A.A Graphics Designer: a creative studio doing branding, marketing and advertising for paying clients. You direct the creative team, run client intake and production schedules, and hold the delivery standards, while you are still a student.

It runs until 2023, when you close it. Not everything you start is meant to last. Everything teaches.

OperatorApr 2021 – Apr 2023 · Beep App

No ops team. So you build one.

Beep App brings you in as its Founding Head of Operations & Human Resources. There is no operations function and no HR. You build both from zero: process design, approval and escalation paths, vendor workflow, pricing, invoicing and collections, recruitment, onboarding and policy.

Then you find the lever. The manual work can be automated. Finance, project and internal-request workflows move onto SaaS and no-code tools, and the monthly report becomes a live KPI dashboard.

RENDEREDREAL

You've been walking in a rendering of me.

This part is real.

I'm Syed Ali Adnan.

I am a builder, operator, and architect. I've spent the last decade building, breaking, and rebuilding the systems.

Where I'm taking it.

The same work, at a bigger scale: operations where throughput, quality, compliance and cost are engineered, not supervised. Three ways to build it with me.

The end of the road

What keeps your operation up at 3 AM?

Pick what breaks. As many as are true.

Every road starts somewhere. Mine started with nothing.

Good morning.
